Riedel Resources (RIE) completed its reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at its Kingman gold project in Arizona on time and on budget.
The program followed previous RC drilling in the Tintic mine area, which confirmed high-grade gold and silver intersections near surface.
He drilled 37 holes, for 2286 meters, with typical downhole depths between 25 and 110 meters.
Samples have been submitted to the lab and results are expected in June.
“Based on drill results to date, Tintic appears to host shallow, high-grade gold and silver mineralization,” said Chairman Michael Bohm.
“This is a very exciting project and, given the grades and depths observed during drilling, a project that
potentially lends itself to the rapid advancement of the project.
“We expect to receive all assay results from our latest program by the end of June, subject to lab turnaround times.”
The shares were trading down 7.69% today to 1.2 cents apiece at market close.
